If a first time Seller, we will bring Creditor through an educational work shop |

Help determine the best debt sale strategy and guide our clients through the pre- and post-sale procedures, as well as aid or handle the actual sale process |

Analyze and strategize the portfolio utilizing data provided by the Creditor |
|
Assist Creditor, Debt Purchaser and/or Creditor’s outside vendors concerning due diligence and/or data file information |
|
Prepare and present sale notice describing variables of the portfolio and all marketing material to Creditor for its review and approval prior to distribution to potential purchasers |
|
Use best efforts to market the portfolio to potential purchasers who are qualified and best suited to pay the highest price, using our research grading system |
|
Communicate with selected purchasers and answer questions relating to the portfolio being sold |

Assist Creditor in establishing a target price |
|
Supply a sample Confidentiality Agreement for Creditor's review and approval if needed |
